Job Description:
1. Coordinate / lead / coach IT Helpdesk team
2. Develop knowledge base
3. Provide / Coordinate single point - of - contact and delivery of first level support regarding computer related issues to all users (employee & business partners)
4. Perform operation support of IT materials
5. Keeping track of inventory of IT materials

Requirement:
1. Good english communication is Mandotary
2. Computer :
- Hardware
- Software : Ms Office, Outlook- Ticketing / tracking system (e.g., Remedy, Manage Engine Helpdes, JIRA)
3. Others :
- Leadership ability
- Visionary, with understanding & experience of how a help desk team should perform
4. Perform :
- Management ability, especially in defining KPI suitable for Help Desk, and leading a team to achieve KPI.
