SYSTEM ANALYST

Job Roles:

• Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed system
• Design and modify existing or proposed systems
• Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes
• Write and maintain system documentation
• Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current system

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Informatics/ Engineering
• Excellent analytical skill
• Knowledge of company supported hardware, software and operating systems to include configuration and connectivity
• Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusion
• Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot system software
• Ability to develop systems solutions for operational problems
• Knowledge computer flow charts and of programming logic and codes
• Ability to write technical instruction in the use of programs and/ or program modification
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communications skill
• Good self-motivation, strong analytical thinking and able to work as a team and strong organization
• Good command of English language both orally and in writing

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTIBILITIES :

• Administration of IT security system such as firewall, anti virus and content filtering.
• Accurately maintain documentation of security system configuration, access rights, software licensing and other IT security related policies and procedures.
• Perform access right revalidation/recertification process, systems security log review and reporting following agreed schedules.
• Review and access the security configuration of various IT systems and components to ensure compliance to security standards and best practices.
• Conduct corrective measures and actions as required.
• Assist in Business Continuity Activities such as documentation update, testing and recertification.
• Handles administrative works as assigned.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED :

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering / Electric Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT infrastructure operations preferably in IT security, with exposure to various environment such as windows, unix, database, network and web.
• Good conceptual knowledge in IT security and experience in maintaining IT security related system/tools such as firewall, anti virus, content filtering, etc.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill in bahasa Indonesia and English (reading, writing and verbal).
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to actively learn and explore new knowledge.
