Persyaratan:    
- Pendidikan min. S1
- Mempunyai pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai IT Business Analyst/Application Analyst
Deskripsi pekerjaan:    
- Melakukan penanganan terhadap request yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya untuk memastikan request dari user sudah dijalankan dengan baik dan sesuai leadtime
- Melakukan maintenance serta menangani trouble shooting dan complaint handling terkait dengan aplikasi IT yang ditangani, serta melakukan improvement secara terus-menerus dalam ruang lingkup pekerjaannya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada user
- Memfasilitasi kebutuhan user dalam hal pengembangan aplikasi termasuk didalamnya aktivitas application test dan conduct UAT untuk meningkatkan efektifitas aplikasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis
- Membuat laporan yang diperlukan seputar aktivitas application analyst untuk dapat memberikan gambaran lengkap mengenai progress pekerjaan yang dilakukan

Job Roles:

• Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed system

• Knowledge computer flow charts and of programming logic and codes
• Ability to write technical instruction in the use of programs and/ or program modification
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communications skill
• Good self-motivation, strong analytical thinking and able to work as a team and strong organization
• Good command of English language both orally and in writing

• Location : Head Office – Jakarta
• Working condition : 90% Closed Area, 10% Outside
• Report to : Head of Department
• Compensation : Monthly Based Salary
