Please note: We are NOT looking for traditional software engineers, computer scientists, or systems analysts.

We are looking for someone with 2-3 years experience as a Web Developer to join our development team.

We use .Net C# and Flash to build rich web interfaces, backend content management applications, highly interactive web applications and web-enabled databases. Our .Net and Flash applications connect to SQL and XML data sources, as well as integrate AJAX components.

You need to be fluent in HTML and CSS of course, with a demonstrable ability to produce neatly structured script.

You also need to love design and be in touch with all the funky trends in social media, the web and mobile apps. We want someone who appreciates the cool stuff and want to build them!

We require someone who has experience in a high-energy, dynamic, creative studio environment.

We are looking for a passionate, committed person looking to grow their talent exponentially by working on a diverse range of interesting projects using the latest technologies.

Your role includes:

• Participate in the solution design process.
• Work with our Senior Developers, Designers and Management to ensure the most appropriate use of technology and our resources to deliver the most appropriate end results.
• Develop rich interactive web applications using Microsoft .Net C#, Adobe Flash Actionscript, HTML, CSS, SQL databases and XML.
• Experience at Facebook Application, Android Developments or iOS developments would be an added bonus.
• Integrate Javascript and AJAX components with your .Net and Flash applications.
• Have an appreciation for and understanding of good visual design and user experiences on the web.
• Understand the basics of human-computer interactivity and web application user interfaces.
• Draw up testing plans, and conduct user acceptance testing.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Silverlight, PHP, MySQL, Wordpress, Drupal are bonuses.
