Persyaratan: | An exciting opportunity has arisen at our company based in South Jakarta to work as the First Line IT Support officer Requirement: - Female/male ready for a challenging job - Education University Graduate (minimum S1 major in IT disciplines is a must) - Experience of working in a similar role is an strong advantage - Perfect in Bahasa Indonesia both spoken and written - Fluent in English is required - Excellent interpersonal and communication skill - Flexible personality and high sense of responsibilities - Fast learner with good technical, analytical and problem solving skills - Positive and outgoing attitudes Other Requirement: - Desirable skills include a strong knowledge in Linux, call center software, SQL server and a good knowledge of Microsoft network as well - Applicant must have a fundamental level of IT knowledge including PC’s (and their components) and in phone system (IP phones, IP-PBX, ISDN line) |
Deskripsi pekerjaan: | As an IT technical support officer, you will have a role that spans different areas of expertise. You will be notably responsible for: General tasks: - Ensuring the smooth running of computer & phone systems - Providing first line support to all systems users - Providing support, including procedural documentation - Actively participating in the safety/technical emergency procedures implementation - Conducting electrical safety checks on computer and phone equipment - Testing and evaluating new technology upon request - Prioritizing and managing many ongoing tasks at one time - Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs - Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with users, providers and other technical business partners Computers System: - Maintaining the availability of all computer systems and networks at optimum levels - Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications - Designing/following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system - Diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical and applications problems - Replacing parts as required or coordinating the replacement by/with providers - Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues - Developing or supervising the corporate website creation - Developing various small applications Phone System: - Maintaining the availability of our phone system - Replacing parts as required or coordinating the replacement by/with providers If you meet the requirement above please send your application letter, your latest CV, photo within 3 weeks after this advertisement to Email: database@corpHR.com/dewi@corpHR.com Or visit our Company Website: www.corphr.com |
